Victory Child Empowerment (VCE) promotes care reform and the prevention of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in Kisii County by ensuring children grow up in safe, loving, and nurturing families. We strengthen families, prevent unnecessary child separation, support the transition from institutional to family-based care, and facilitate child and family reintegration through individualized support and collaboration with key stakeholders.

We also promote kinship and foster care, household economic empowerment, community advocacy, faith-based engagement, and dialogue to address the root causes of vulnerability and harmful practices. Through these integrated approaches, We work to transform harmful social norms, protect children, empower families, and build communities where every child can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential in a safe and supportive family environment.
