Moses Ondeche

Vice Chairperson

Moses Weimi Ondeche is a seasoned Program Manager with over a decade of experience leading strategic programs in child welfare and protection across Africa. His expertise lies in designing sustainable, evidence-based solutions that strengthen families and communities while leveraging technology for impact. He has successfully led large-scale projects in Kenya, including the development of mobile and web-based tools and the enhancement of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to improve service delivery.


Moses brings a unique blend of technical acumen and field expertise, with proven strengths in stakeholder engagement, software development lifecycle management, cross-functional team leadership, and consulting for global child protection initiatives. He has partnered with organizations such as the Better Care Network to deliver tech-enabled transition frameworks and capacity-building efforts that have transformed institutional care models into family-based systems.


Currently based in McKinney, Texas, Moses is pursuing Project Management Institute (PMI) certification to broaden his expertise into the technology and telecommunications sectors, while remaining firmly committed to his passion for driving social impact.
