Amanda Good is the Chairlady of the Board at Victory Child Empowerment and an accomplished global consultant with extensive experience in child and family welfare systems across more than 20 countries. Her expertise spans strategic planning, cross-sector collaboration, and organizational capacity building, with a strong focus on supporting transitions from residential care to family- and community-based solutions.

Amanda has led and advised initiatives on family reunification, alternative care, and child protection reform, working closely with governments, NGOs, and international partners to strengthen systems and policies that safeguard children’s rights. She is deeply committed to empowering local leaders and advancing evidence-informed practices that ensure children grow up in safe, nurturing families.
